  1. Hit the options key on the Aastra phone
  2. Down arrow to "Administrator Menu"
  3. Hit the right arrow key
  4. Enter password "22222"
  5. Hit "Enter" softkey
  6. Down arrow to "Network Settings"
  7. Hit the right arrow key
  8. Down arrow to "Ethernet & VLAN"
  9. Hit the right arrow key
  10. Down arrow to "VLAN Settings"
  11. Hit the right arrow key
  12. Hit the right arrow key on "VLAN Enable"
  13. If VLAN Enable= No hit the "Change" softkey
  14. Hit the "Done" softkey
  15. Down arrow to "LAN Port VLAN"
  16. Hit the right arrow key
  17. Hit the right arrow key on "LAN Port VLAN ID"
  18. Hit "Backspace" softkey 1 time
  19. Enter the VLAN ID you want to use. Example 250
  20. Hit the "Done" softkey
  21. Hit the "Options" key
  22. Hit the "Options" key again
  23. Down arrow to "Restart Phone"
  24. Hit the right arrow key
  25. Hit the "Restart" softkey
