SMDR TCP/IP Line Format

A SMDR call message is a single line followed by the return key. Each field provided in the stream is
separated with a “|” pipe character.

Field Value Found There
Call Count A value from 1 to 9999 (it resets to 1 on the
10,000 event)
Flag Can be OBC (Outbound Call) , IBC (Inbound Call) or IBE (Inbound
Call Event) extension level event
Account Code zone+_+extension
Extension Extension that made the call
Call Source The Caller ID information for the call. In the case
of an outbound call this is the external caller ID
information for the extension that made the call.
Date The date the call was made
Time The time the call was made
Destination Number The number dialed. In the case of a IBE its the
station that rang. Each station in a ring group will
have a IBE but only one will have a ANSWER
result.
Rate Center The billing rate center for the outbound call. If
empty no rate center was used.
Destination Channel The SIP call channel information.
Call Minutes How many billable minutes was the call
Call Seconds How many billable seconds was the call
Call Cost How much did the rate center charge for the call
Result The calls end result “NO ANSWER” or
“ANSWER”
