Menu Configuration Options:
Caller Input:

Each zone can have a many AA menus as they need. Each AA menu is also given a extension number via the “First Auto Attendant” option in the zone configuration window. The manager will auto correct for AA extension number in use when zones are friends. By giving AA menus an extension number it is now possible to transfer caller directly to a menu based on the menus extension, or route a DID directly to a menu, or final destination of a ring group.

Menu Configuration Options:

Setting
Name	Name for menu.
Prompt Number	This is the prompt number you will use for the greeting to this menu. It is possible to have the same prompt number a different zone . Prompt 2000 can also occupy another zone (Second Location).
Search For Extensions & Mailboxes	Enabling this allows the caller to dial any extension/mailbox within the zone or its firends.
Max Input Try's	The number of try's the caller gets before being redirected to the NO INPUT action

Caller Input:

Caller input is used to direct a caller based on what they dial or don't dial in the case of “NO INPUT”

Action Type Dial:

This action type will dial a system extension and transfer the caller to it.

Extension Number To Play	If you want to play a different extension number to the caller then they are really being transferred to enter the number here.
